Qualified IT Support Specialist / Customer Management Specialist.


We are searching for a representative to manage and support our clients’ IT needs throughout the GTA. This requires general computer troubleshooting, network design and troubleshooting, and various other I.T. related services. The successful candidate will not only have the I.T. related knowledge, but also customer relationship skills.

Must absolutely enjoy dealing with people.

Required knowledge & Skills
  • Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems (2000, XP, Vista)
  • Working knowledge of OS X & Linux
  • Experience with networks and protocols (TCP/IP)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with varying priorities
  • Superior organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Flexible, self-motivated team player
Optional Assets
  • Ruby on Rails development
  • Linux server management
  • Network Security
Education
  • University Degree or College Diploma in a Computer Science related program
A full G class license is required
